Gretchen Busl received her PhD in Literature from the University of Notre Dame, with a focus on adaptation and translation in world literature. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX. Gretchen has published in Modern Language Review, Critique: Studies in Contemporary Fiction, and English Studies. She is working on a book project that explores framed narratives and oral storytelling in contemporary global novels.
